After earning his education in Quantum Nuclear Engineering and mastering in Biology, Nutrition, and Sports Science, he went on to lead research in Genetics and Transdermal Delivery while consulting for world-renowned medical device manufacturers.
In a career that has circumnavigated the globe, Italian-born Dr. Paleco has spent over 30 years revolutionizing the industry and training physicians globally - including the UK, USA, Japan, Germany, Italy, and France - in the administration of cutting-edge laser procedures.
After decades of pioneering research and innovative breakthroughs in laser science, Dr. Paleco co-founded the Institute in 2018, with the aim to share his expertise and advanced technology with the world.
